The staff at the restaurant should be able to answer your questions. If you are not at a restaurant or have questions they can’t answer, contact us, and we'll be happy to help you further.

I am a vegan. What can I eat?

We have many awesome vegan options on our lunch and dinner menu. Please see the Dietary Info section of our website.

I am a vegetarian. What can I eat?

We have many awesome vegetarian options on our lunch and dinner menu. Please see the Dietary Info section of our website. Please note that the cheeses might be made with rennet that is not vegetable-based. If your personal preferences allow you to eat these cheeses then that's terrific, and if not, please avoid them.

I am on a dairy free diet. What can I eat?

I want to avoid eggs. What can I eat?

You can try everything on our lunch menu. In the dinner menu you can try everything except for Indian Fried Chicken Tenders and Masala Meatballs.

I can only have pasteurized dairy. Can I eat your cheese and eggs?

Our yogurt, milk, cheese and eggs are all pasteurized.

We love your dips and vegetables and other ingredients - wish we had these in jars in our refrigerator!

Wow – that is a great compliment! We do not actually sell any of our products in bulk because in order to maintain the shelf life required for retail, we'd have to add preservatives and we don't do that. We're happy to sell you portions of what you want in our restaurant.

We love SoHo Tiffin, but our kids don't like spicy foods. What do you recommend?

During lunch we have special options for kids. Grilled cheese sandwich that can be made with Naan (like white bread). We also have 2% organic milk, rice (white or brown) and grilled chicken without any spices. Kids typically love the Mango Lassi (lowfat organic yogurt with mango). If your kids are more adventurous and they want to try the "adult" stuff just ask the servers and we would be happy let the kid taste the items before committing to a meal.

During dinner more than a few items have resonated with kids - Mushroom and Gruyere dip, Cheese Dosa, Indian Fried Chicken Tenders, Kids version of Shrimp Chettinad and Masala Meatballs.
